WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A MAZARIN WATCH?

Currently, Mazarin Watches are only available on our website and we are offering free shipping on all orders. We are working with a network of retailers who are excited to begin carrying the brand and join us at the start our journey towards becoming a heritage watch manufacturer.

HOW DO I GET A NEW BATTERY?

All our watches can also be taken to a local watch shop for battery replacement, or be sent directly to us for battery replacement. We will only charge you a reasonable service charge, and this service also includes a pressure test to ensure proper re-sealing and water resistance. For a quote on battery replacement please send us at info@mazarinwatches.com.

IS THE MAZARIN ONE WATER RESISTANT?

Yes - up to 10 ATM, which roughly equates to 100 meters. ATM means Atmosphere and is an international reference of pressure and water resistance. 

Please ensure that the crown of your watch is completely closed when not adjusting time or date in order for your watch to maintain its water resistance. Mazarin Watches are water resistant, but it is not recommended to wear your watch in the shower, saunas, and hot tubs.

MY WATCH IS LESS THAN TWO YEARS OLD, AND HAS DEVELOPED DAMAGE THROUGH WEAR AND TEAR, WHAT CAN BE DONE?

Mazarin Watches provide a 2 year warranty valid from the date of purchase with a free of charge repair service. This service is provided for items that were damaged through normal use and have been cared for as per warranty instructions. 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your watch you can return it to us in order to receive a full refund.

You have up to 30 days to return your watch. As long as we receive the returned watch within 30 days of the receipt of your order, we’ll give you a full refund, no problem.

We ask that you contact us on info@mazarinwatches.com before returning your watch.

POSTAGE

We aim for you to start enjoying your new Mazarin within 5-7 business days of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER MY MAZARIN WATCH WARRANTY?

Your Mazarin watch is warranted for a period of three years from the date of purchase against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective Mazarin watch with the same model. We will refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not possible. The warranty will become null and void if we find the timepiece is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart. The warranty does not cover the watchstrap, crystal, or battery. The warranty does not cover any incidental; consequential or special damage arising from any or all uses of the watch.

WHERE DO I SEND MY MAZARIN WATCH FOR WARRANTY REPAIR?

All Mazarin Watches are covered under a 3-year limited warranty from date of purchase. If you have a Mazarin Watch that needs attention, please contact us at info@mazarinwatches.com. Once approved, please send the watch to the address provided by our representative on the approved email.

 

In our effort to better serve you, we will provide you a list of instructions to follow in order to exchange, replace, or return your watch. By following these instructions, this will ensure that your watch is returned in a timely manner.

 

When shipping, we recommend that you insure your watch against damage, theft or loss. We are not responsible for damage, theft or loss during shipping.

 

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND WATCH BOXES. 

HOW LONG WILL MY MAZARIN WATCH REPAIR TAKE?

In most cases the repair will be completed within 4 weeks. For out of warranty work, an estimate will be provided; approval and payment for repair must be obtained prior to processing repair. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, parts backorders or unique repairs that affect actual times.
